High Intensity
Many of the moves you’ll experience during classes within this category are Hannah Gilbert Method moves but the added bursts of power, agility and speed make for a more challenging workout. The added focus on raising your heart-rate will make for fun but intense class which results in a larger than normal calorie burn.

The Burn class has been designed to get your blood pumping and endorphins flowing. With 3 rounds of high intensity cardio (low impact options available) and strength exercises in between, this class will leave you feeling fit and strong! Suitable for all levels with modifications for beginners.

LIVE - inside thigh and oblique burn 01/08/20
If you're looking to work on your inner thighs and/or your obliques (your waist) then this class is for you. This burn workout will aim to get your heartrate up in-between the strength sections of the class which will make for a very sweaty workout.

Week 2 sessoin 1 of the 28 day challenge and we're kicking it off with a sweaty cardio and core session. Suitable for all levels (modifications provided)

LIVE - Full body burn 04/08/20
This burn class is much more intense than the original classes. Expect a sweaty workout designed to get your heartrate up and the sweat dripping!

Week three of the 28 day challenge brings you a 20 minute cardio and core class. Expect your heartrate to rise and your sweat to make an appearance in this short, but very effective class.
