This is session 3 of the 28 day challenge and focusses on the upper body. Expect a tough and tiresome workout but there are lower impact options available.

This 30 minute workout was originally put together as the mobility session in our 28 day challenge. It is the perfect workout for anyone who spends large amounts of time at a desk. The hips are often the cause of lower back pain so if you suffer here then be sure to give it a go.
